LETTER: ‘Blue-collar billionaire’ knows about hard work, job creation

To Ozaukee Press:
Just a followup on Joe Biden and his knowledge of foreign affairs. The defense secretary during the Obama years said he was wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over four decades. I do not like those odds.
About Trump and a shovel in his hand (letter to the editor in last week’s Ozaukee Press, “Breaking ground for Foxconn hardest work Trump ever did”), this is what he is all about—jobs, jobs, jobs. Before he went into politics, he was always on the ground where his construction was going on. That’s why he is called the “blue-collar billionaire.”
Obama said you would need a magic wand to bring back manufacturing jobs. Well, since Trump has been president he has created 600,000 manufacturing jobs. I like those numbers. Unemployment is at its lowest. Look around, help-wanted signs all over, more are working now then ever recorded.
He gave us the biggest tax cut in history, which resulted in many companies giving employees bonus checks. Small businesses are in a much better place. He signed a bill for more than $1 billion for states to fund vocational programs and more. More federal judges confirmed then ever before. Border security is a priority keeping America safe.
I could go on and on so much more, but I will ask one question: Since Democrats won control of the House of Representatives, what is one thing they have done other than talking about impeaching our president?
