Letha ‘Ann’ Murray

Letha “Ann” Murray (nee Way), age 76, passed away on Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, at her daughter’s home in Hartford.
She was born on Feb. 27, 1944, in Whitwell, Tenn., to Lewis and Eunice (nee Bryant) Way.
Ann loved gardening, bird watching, collecting thimbles from places traveled, everything Christmas and especially reading. Her happiest times were with her children and grandchildren.
Ann is survived by her children Deborah (Jeffrey) Barnes of Chippewa Falls, Kenneth L. (Susan) Murray of West Bend and Tracy (Chad) Stater of Hartford; grandchildren Natasha (Brian) Thompson, Kenneth Slayton, Brianna (Andrew) Engel, Kevin (Jennifer) Murray, Karen (Davi) Alliet, Samuel and Alexander Champeny, and Jack and Kennedy Stater; 11 great-grandchildren with one on the way; brothers Kenneth, Michael (Marlene), and Charles (Ruby) Way; and sister Sue (Gary) Holley.
She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ann was preceded in death by her loving husband Kenneth, her parents and her sister Juanita Perkins.
A Funeral Service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020, at Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI 53095, with Pastor John C. Bass presiding.
Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 26, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.
Interment will follow at Washington County Memorial Park.
