Leann M. Dieringer

Leann M. Dieringer of Belgium passed away peacefully in her home on Dec. 25, 2025, at the age of 63.
She was born the beloved daughter of Roy Rau and Marie (Groth) Dashner on Aug. 27, 1962, in Port Washington.
Leann was raised on a farm and on Oct. 1, 1982, she married her true love, Gary Dieringer, and continued farming with him on their family farm in Belgium, where together they raised three beautiful children.
Leann simultaneously worked on the farm and for the Port Washington Post Office, retiring on Dec. 25, 2022, after 30 years of dedicated service.
Leann loved being outdoors, spending time cultivating her gardens, fishing, farming and tending to her animals. She especially treasured time up north at her cabin in Tomahawk, where she took joy in teaching her grandchildren how to fish.
Everyone who knew Leann knew she enjoyed shooting pool and darts and playing cribbage and push rummy. She was known to make some of the best food around and enjoyed cooking and hosting at the family farm.
Those left to cherish her beautiful memory include her husband Gary; her children Rachael Dieringer (Robert “BJ” Gosewehr) of Port Washington, Josh Dieringer of Belgium and Sami (Nic) Barth of Random Lake; grandchildren Hailei Paulus, Thomas (TJ) Dieringer, Brooklyn and Kenley Gosewehr and Jordan Barth; siblings John Rau, Joe Rau, Clint (Angela) Rau and Jenny (Dan) Burton; and brothers and sisters-in-law Tommy (Dee) Dieringer, Jeff (Brenda) Dieringer, Scott (Donna) Dieringer, Brian (Bonnie Dieringer) and Jodi (Dave) Mueller. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
