Last Splash Pad Sunday of season to be held

The final Splash Pad Sunday of the summer will offer a new way for select individuals to get wet.

A dunk tank fundraiser will be held by the Cedar Grove Belgium Parent Teacher Student Organization.

Teachers, coaches and community leaders will be victims inside the tank.

The cost is $2 for three balls or $10 for a guaranteed dunk. Proceeds will be given to local fire departments.

For a link to sign up online, visit the Cedar Grove Belgium PTSO’s Facebook page.

Besides water shooting out from the ground, free ice cream will be provided courtesy of Port Washington State Bank,  Cupcake-a-Rhee will be selling cupcakes and Belgium’s new restaurant, Big Ed’s Smoke Pit, is scheduled to sell food.

Splash Pad Sunday is 2 to 5 p.m. July 28. Village Hall is at 104 Peter Thein St.
