June A. Gardipee

June A. Gardipee (nee Kreutzsfeldt) of Mequon passed away peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020, at the age of 98 years.  

She was the beloved wife of Francis “Bob” Gardipee for over 66 years and the loving mother of James (Kathy), Richard (Elizabeth), Brent (Ray) and the late Robert.  

She was preceded in death by her parents Alma and Herman, sister Mabel and brother Alvin.

She is further survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, as well as great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

June was a dedicated office clerk for the Thiensville Post Office for over 23 years until her retirement in 1988. She loved spending time on the Wolf River with her husband, family, and friends.  

Over the years, both June and Bob created treasured family memories through hosting family and friend gatherings at their family home or their land, which always included delicious homemade food, love and laughter.  

June treasured every moment in her life.  She loved to share a story or look back on pictures, clippings and cards to recall special moments spent with those she cherished.  

The greatest gift you could give in memory of June Gardipee is to spend time with your family, laugh often and tell them how much you love them each and every day.
