John Bichler

Mr. John Bichler, age 86, of Port Washington, formerly of Belgium, passed away at sunset on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton.

A Mass of Christian Burial and visitation is being planned for Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Divine Savior Parish, Holy Cross Chapel. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:45 a.m. with Mass at 11 a.m.

Following Mass, John will be laid to rest with military honors at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Dacada.

A celebration of life will take place at The Barn at Buechler Farms in Belgium from noon to 3 p.m.  Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. Everyone is asked to wear Hawaiian apparel, bright colors or red, white and blue in honor of John.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Divine Savior Catholic School or the Melvin Wester American Legion Post, Belgium.
