Jaclyn C. Alyea, 65, of Germantown, passed away unexpectedly April 9, 2020, after a brief battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2021, at Poole Funeral Home, 203 N. Wisconsin St., Port Washington.

Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2021, at the funeral home prior to the service.
