Items needed for soldier’s care packages

Covered Bridge 4-H Club is collecting items to include in care packages for deployed soldiers.

Items needed include beef jerky in 2-ounce bags or larger, protein bars, hydration drink mixes, sunflower seeds, mints, beef sticks, gum, nuts and puzzle books.

Donations will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Ozaukee County Fairgrounds in Cedarburg.

The care packages will be sent by Wisconsin Women 4 Our Troops.
