SOME MEMBERS OF a healthy crowd turned heroic at Belgium’s Summer Nights LIVE last Friday at Community Park as Royal Fairytale Events offered a Superhero Academy for youngsters (left).    Belgium Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tara Williams said she counted 30 children playing kickball when the lights were turned off, and the Grafton band Exit 92 impressed. Above, Juan and Antonia Olvera served tacos from Luna’s Taqueria, which is in the process of moving downtown.
