Helen R. Sanem, formerly of Port Washington, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025. She was 97 years old. 

A Mass of Christan Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, at St. John XXIII Catholic Parish, St. Mary’s Church, Port Washington. The family will greet guests from 9 a.m. until the Mass.

Eernisse Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
