Free rock concert set for noon June 28 in Grafton
Good Boy Daisy, a rock band from Scottsdale, Ariz., will perform a free concert at noon Thursday, June 28, at K-nation Entertainment in Grafton.
The concert at 995 Badger Cir. will run for one hour.
Food trucks will be on site for concert-goers to purchase their lunches.
Good Boy Daisy was formed in 2015 by identical twins Hallie and Dylinn Mayes.
The band rapidly grew in popularity, and in 2015 and 2016 was a finalist in Alice Cooper’s Proof is in the Pudding battle of the bands contest in the Phoenix Valley.
The band’s unique style combines the raw, straightforward approach of the 1960s with the high strung guitar sounds of 1990s grunge.
Good Boy Daisy’s debut EP “It’s About Time” was released on New Year’s Day 2018 and features a wall of signature guitars, three part harmonies and powerful lead female vocals.
