Fall weather greets final beer garden


With air temperatures nearly matching that of the cold beverages, Belgium’s last beer garden of the season had a fall flair last Friday at the Luxembourg American Cultural Society. The chilly conditions kept attendance to less than 100 people, LACS Director of Marketing and Events Jason Bott said. But attendees such as (above from left) Bob and Christy Hubing and Jane and Al Lorge drank beer, including Luxembourg’s own Bofferding, ate lots of food and stayed most of the night listening to Bella Musik (below). Bott said the beer gardens would continue next year with the first scheduled for June 28 with the band JJARU. Photos by Sam Arendt
