Even elves buy Christmas goodies in Saukville

When the Landt-Thiel American Legion Auxiliary in Saukville held its annual Christmas at the Legion bakery and craft sale at the Legion Hall Dec. 7, John and Mike Beecher got into the spirit of the season, donning elf headgear while they perused the offerings and picked out the perfect cookies to leave out for Santa — and snack on themselves.              Photo by Sam Arendt
