Empty Bowls set for Oct. 31 at Grafton High

The annual Empty Bowls event to benefit Family Sharing will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, at Grafton High School. 

Those attending may sample eight comfort foods, such as macaroni and cheese, soups and stews, from local vendors.

Those attending may also purchase raffle tickets for items from local businesses. 

The event aims to raise awareness of the fact many people struggle to find enough food to eat each day and the community can come together to solve the problem.

Funds raised will go toward Family Sharing’s food pantry.

Tickets for the event are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased at www.familysharingozaukee.org.
