Cynthia Anna “Cindy” Brehm

Cynthia Anna “Cindy” Brehm was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on Dec 4, 1941, to Paul and Eleanora Hafemann.
Cynthia was born as a twin to Sylvia Emma Cross, and her other siblings are Diane Whiteside (deceased) and Dale Hafemann.
Cynthia married Paul F. Brehm on Dec. 4, 1966.
Cynthia worked for Doerr Electric, Webster Middle School, where she was affectionately referred to as “the Lunch Lady,” and as a crossing guard on the corner of Hilgen and Hamilton in Cedarburg.
Cynthia enjoyed working on creative activities such as crocheting and cooking. She really loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Peter Wollner Post 288.
After being widowed in 2015, Cynthia traveled to Alaska for two months every summer to visit her son and other family members. She eventually moved to Alaska on July 1, 2024, to be closer to her family. She was looking forward to the holidays and getting involved in her new church.
She was surrounded by her family, who warmly embraced her, as she went to be with the Lord on Oct. 29, 2024.
