Concessions Impressions

I must compliment the Grafton and Slinger communities for the large attendance at last Friday’s football game that honored first responders and the military at The Nest in Grafton.
I cannot compliment the food at the concession stand. I’m sure it was scrumptious; I just didn’t get any.
By the time I ventured over to my favorite place, burgers and brats had been erased from the menu. Expert griller Dave Smith’s specialties had sold out, and I deemed the wait on pizza too long before I had to return to catch the second half. A blue Gatorade was all she wrote, and that’s just fine.
Also, it looks like Grafton is on its way to having a nice prom from the looks of the tip jar.
