College honor society inducts Belgium woman

Samantha Weiland of Belgium was recently  inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
She is among about 30,000 students, faculty, staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. The top 10% of seniors and 7.5% of juniors are eligible.
