Christopher Scott Maechtle

Christopher Scott Maechtle, 54, of Crivitz passed away at home on July 27, 2025. 

He was born to Gary and Annette Maechtle on July 9, 1971. 

He graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1990. 

He married Jodie Rutherford in 2000 and had one son, Dylan, in 2002. 

He was an arborist at Ashplund and worked for a landscaping company in Allenton until obtaining his commercial driver’s license. He drove trucks for many years. 

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, grilling and watching sports.

He is survived by one son, Dylan, his parents Gary (Amy), sister Leah (Robert) Meyer, brother Bradley (Heather) Dieringer, sister Megan Leach, brother Ryan (Keri) Dieringer and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother Annette and uncle Richard Maechtle.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
