Chamber seeks career day speakers at JLMS
The Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking area business professionals to offer presentations during a career day event at John Long Middle School on Friday, March 6.
Each presenter will give four 40-minute presentations that address the recommended education and training for a particular career and also the various opportunities and challenges experienced in that career. There will also be time to answer questions by students.
There will be approximately 25 to 30 students in each presentation.
The Chamber is seeking professionals in careers such as agriculture, education, hospitality and tourism, manufacturing, architecture and construction, finance, human services, marketing and sales, communications, government, public administration, information technology, engineering, mathematics, business, health care, public safety, transportation and logistics.
