Chamber accepting scholarship applications

Applications for Saukville Chamber of Commerce 2019 scholarships are being accepted.

Saukville residents who are graduating seniors can apply for a $1,500 scholarship, good for any post-secondary educational program.

The scholarship will be awarded based on academic achievement, a two- to three-page original essay on the purpose and value of interdependence among business, education and professional services within a community, community involvement, work experience and future educational plans.

The student must have a grade-point average of at least 2.0. Financial need is not a factor.

Applications are due April 17, and should be submitted to the chamber.
