Celebrating the end of the school year

The students and faculty at St. John XXIII School in Port Washington held a series of events last week to celebrate the end of the school year on Thursday, June 3. Clockwise, from top photo, Students gathered outside the school building and tossed their masks in the air to mark the milestone. Kindergartner Stella Warmenhoven adjusted her mortarboard as classmates William Jarr, and Dallas Evenson stood in line. Teacher Marie Lippe tossed powdered dye at students as they participated in a color run.
