Betty Streff

Betty Streff (nee Schaller), 92, of the Town of Fredonia, died Sunday Sept. 5, 2021, at home.
Betty was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 8, 1929, to Jacob and Verna Schaller. As a child her family moved to Lake Church.
On Nov. 8, 1950, she married Edward H. Streff at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown. The couple settled on the Streff family farm in the Town of Fredonia.
Betty enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, baking, sewing, crocheting, quilting and numerous other hobbies. She took great pride in raising her 14 children while working on the family farm.
Betty is survived by her children Gary (Jean) of Fredonia, Edward of Saukville, Bobby (Connie) of Mansfield, Ohio, Ronnie (Beepa) of Fredonia, Wayne (Peggy) of Adell, Donna (George) Schoeder of West Bend, John of Glendale, Linda (Janet) of Milwaukee, Roger (Rebecca) of Oostburg, Tom of Fond du Lac, Pat (Nick) of Port Washington, Michelle (Mark) Blumenberg and Lisa Moeller of Fredonia.
She is further survived by 22 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Nancy Streff of Fredonia, brother Donald Schaller of Port Washington and sister-in-law Betty (John) Paulus of Port Washington.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Edward H. Streff, son Gerald, grandsons Ben and Jon Magritz, grand-daughter Cheryl Streff, daughter-in-law Bonnie Streff, sister Arlene Bahr, brother Norman Schaller and sister-in-law Laverne Depies.
Per Betty’s wishes, no formal services will be held.
Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, is handling the arrangements.
