12th Avenue closed for sewer repairs

Crews from the Grafton Public Works Department began working on an emergency storm sewer project on 12th Avenue this week. The road is closed between Washington Avenue and Bridge Street, with a detour in place. The repair project was expected to last several days, but Village Administrator Jesse Thyes said it could take longer because of inclement weather. Officials said the project costs approximately $30,000. Photo by Sam Arendt
