Trick-or-treaters to make their rounds Oct. 30

Trick or treating in the Village of Fredonia will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30. 

The village asks that children wear reflective clothing and trick or treat in groups. 

Parents are encouraged to accompany their children.

Residents wishing to hand out treats should leave their porch light on. 

Motorists going through Fredonia during these hours is encouraged to drive slowly and watch for people crossing streets. 

Also on Oct. 30, the Fredonia Fire Department will host a Halloween brat fry at the fire station from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
