Some runners scary fast, others just plain scary

Ghosts, goblins and skeletons took to the streets of Saukville Saturday for the annual Saukville Scare 5K run and walk. While some participants focused as much on their costumes as the run and walk part of the event, others took the competition seriously. From top left down, Jim Stanek of Saukville was the first male run finisher with a time of 19:32:90 while Aubrey Nett of Belgium was the first female finisher with a time of 22:13:48. Trevor Will managed to finish second among male competitors with a time of 20:36:70 dressed as a wacky baseball. Erika Christel (left in photo at left) and Lauren Zaesko took a selfie to commemorate the event.
