Simplicity Foundation makes $1,000 donation

The Simplicity Foundation has donated $1,000 to the Port Washington Food Pantry.

The money will be used to help buy new freezers and refrigerators for the pantry, replacing old, inefficient units.

The Food Pantry is open for curbside pickup from 9 a.m. to noon and 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays at St. John XXIII Catholic Parish, 1800 N. Wisconsin St., Port Washington.

The pantry offers contactless curbside food pickup.
