School job fair has room for businesses

The Belgium Area Chamber of Commerce is holding a job fair for students at Cedar Grove-Belgium High School on Wednesday, May 2.

This is the first event of its kind at the school.

“We decided to organize this after one of our Chamber members suggested it as a way of educating local students on the job and career opportunities available to them right in their own villages,” Chamber Marketing Director Tara Williams said.

About a dozen businesses will be on hand, and the Chamber has room for more.
