Saukville Chamber accepting applications for $1,500 scholarship

The Saukville Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for a $1,500 scholarship that will be awarded to a Village of Saukville resident graduating with a high school Class of 2023.

The scholarship will be presented to the student who has the highest total score in these categories:

• Academic achievement throughout high school.

•  High school and community service activities, including offices held.

• Work experience and future education plans.

• An essay of 1,000 words or less detailing important life lessons gained through service, work and school.

Financial need is not a consideration, and applicants must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.0.

The scholarship can be used for any post-secondary educational program.
