Ryan R. Frank

Ryan R. Frank, 38, of Parkville, Md., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020.

He was born on May 31, 1981, to Doug and Carol (nee Scheunemann) Frank in West Bend, Wis. He was baptized at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Newburg.

He attended Good Shepherd Lutheran grade school and was confirmed May 19, 1996.

He graduated from West Bend West High School in 2000.

Ryan honorably served in the U.S. Army for four years, serving two tours to Afghanistan. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor of science degree in 2008.

Ryan enjoyed playing chess, running, reading and golf. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Those Ryan leaves behind to cherish his memory include his parents, Doug and Carol Frank; his son Griffin; a brother, Jeremy (Karen Gustafson) Frank; paternal grandmother LaVerne Frank; former wife Morgan Anderson; many aunts; uncles; cousins; and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Harry Frank and his maternal grandparents Hilbert and Leona Scheunemann.

A memorial service in remembrance of Ryan will be held on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, at 6 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home from 4 until 5:45 p.m.
