Registrations taken for Color Run event Aug. 29

    Registrations are being accepted for the annual Grafton Color Run, which will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29.
    The event at Grafton High School is held in honor of Grafton Elementary School teacher Jill Ruland, who died in a car accident in 2017.
    The GHS cross country teams will lead the family-friendly event with proceeds going to the Grafton Education Foundation.
    The cost is $10 for participants 4 and older and free for those 3 and younger.
    Every registration comes with a color packet. Additional packets may be purchased for $2 when run packs are picked up.
    Packs will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Aug. 26 and 27.
    T-shirts may also be ordered when registering. The cost is $10 per shirt.
