The City of Port Washington Plan Commission on Thursday, Feb. 15, tabled discussion and a vote on a concept plan for The Farm development proposed by Cindy Shaffer on 39 acres off Grand Avenue on the city’s west side, citing too many members absent, including the mayor, who is the chairman of the commission.

Shaffer and members of the public were in attendance. Several people addressed the commission during the public comment portion of the meeting, including some who were upset they weren’t told ahead of time that the item, which was listed for consideration and possible action on the agenda, wouldn’t be addressed that night.

The Plan Commission decided it will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, to discuss and possibly vote on the concept plan.
