Preparing to tee off for a good cause

Preparing for the 26th annual Grafton Lions Club golf outing fundraiser on Monday, Aug. 19, at Edgewater Golf Club in Grafton were (from left) club member Mike Donahue, Bill Riebe of Ernie Von Schledorn, the car dealership that will provide a vehicle to anyone who wins the grand prize by shooting a hole-in-one,  and club members Dan Hubacek, Dennis Pampel and Eric Oleson. Check in and a putting contest begin at noon, with a semi-shotgun start at 1 p.m. Dinner and a silent auction begin at 4 p.m. The cost of the outing is $65 per person and includes golf, a cart, dinner and raffle prizes. Dinner only is $25. Registration is due by Friday, Aug. 9, and can be submitted at www.graftonlions.com.
