Port to host cleanup, tree climbing May 3

Port Washington will host a community cleanup from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 3, in Veterans Memorial Park.

People should register at the park and get a map of cleanup sites and supplies, then pick up waste throughout the designated time.

The event also includes tree climbing from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and activities with the Lake Michigan Bird Observatory from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
