Parenting class to run from April 3 to May 22

“The Incredible Years,” an eight-week course for parents with children ages 2 to 10, will be held at Ozaukee Family Services from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays from April 3 to May 22.

The free workshop is an evidence-based program designed to help promote the social, emotional and academic success of children and help parents learn to prevent, reduce and treat emotional challenges in children with a positive, nurturing approach.

It also introduces developmentally appropriate and consistent responses to increase children’s self-esteem, reduce conflict in the home and promote a strong, healthy family.

Free child care is available with reservations during the sessions.

Registration is required by calling Anne at (262) 376-7774, extension 126.

Ozaukee Family Services is at 4922 Columbia Rd., Cedarburg.
