North Shore Bank hosts food collection
North Shore Bank’s Grafton branch is hosting a “Share the Love” food collection through Feb. 28 to benefit Family Sharing of Ozaukee County.
People are encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items to the branch at 2301 Wisconsin Ave. during business hours. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13, there will be a curbside collection in the drive-up.
Items that are in particular need during this time, include beef stew, tuna, granola bars, canned pineapple and deodorant.
In addition to the in-person collection, individuals interested in making a monetary donation that goes directly to Family Sharing of Ozaukee County can visit give.mastercard.com/p/northshorebank or by texting “Kindness” to 77938 to receive a link to the website via text.
The bank will match the first $500 donated to Family Sharing.
