LETTER: Voters should put an end to NOSD’s tax-levy limit busting

There is a lot of smoke and mirrors around the Northern Ozaukee school referendum. The School Board is asking to exceed spending limits. This district exceeded the state limits by $7 million over the last six years without asking. Now they are asking to continue exceeding the limits for another four years and $6.8 million.
