LETTER: Many took advantage of free county health directive event
To Ozaukee Press:
The Ozaukee County Human Services Department thanks the volunteers and community participants who made our 2022 power of attorney for health care event a success. The event started the conversation about advanced directives with more than 80 people and offered the opportunity to complete a free power of attorney for health care document.
Thank you to: the Ozaukee Bar Association and the attorneys who donated their time; the senior centers of Cedarburg, Grafton, Port Washington and Mequon-Thiensville; Aurora Medical Center’s palliative care team; the Ozaukee County Aging and Disability staff; and the elder adult at-risk team.
