LETTER: Man who called the military ‘losers’ not fit to be president

To Ozaukee Press:

My great-grandfather fought with the 83rd Indiana, marching with Sherman at Vicksburg and Atlanta. My grandfather fought in France during WWI and was injured there. My father was in the Air Force in World War II and one of my uncles helped rebuild Nagasaki shortly after the H bomb was dropped. My youngest uncle laid phone line near the front in Korea. My father-in-law was in the Ohio national guard and my oldest cousin fought in Vietnam.

Although I was not a member of the military, our family is very proud of the sacrifices our family members made. We will always support members of the U.S. military. We will never support the man running for president who called our service members “losers and suckers.”

Shame on you, former President  Donald Trump.
