LETTER: Harbeck will restore trust in leadership of Grafton board
To Ozaukee Press:
I am lucky and grateful. Lucky to have discovered the gem of the Village of
Grafton and my neighborhood 29 years ago and grateful for the kind and approachable people of this community.
I’m grateful for the dedicated and conscientious individuals who serve our community each and every day. Grafton, our special place on this Earth, deserves a leader who will help preserve the quality of life we have here and envisions an even better future for our community.
Grafton residents deserve a leader who has the requisite experience and thorough knowledge of the business of the village. But more importantly, Grafton requires a leader who will listen with respectful consideration to the citizens who elected them; who will build consensus and persevere in questioning the status quo while seeking solutions; who will deliver the truth without hesitation and ambiguity; and who will restore the trust of the people they serve.
That leader is Lisa Uribe Harbeck, candidate for president of the Grafton Village Board.
