Legion to distribute poppies

Members of the Landt-Thiel American Legion and Legion Auxiliary will be distributing poppies from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at Piggly Wiggly and Walmart in Saukville.

The red poppy is worn to pay tribute to the war dead and living veterans.
