What a way to kick off the season of anticipation, giving and joy! With the lighting of the tree, the singing of “O Christmas Tree,” the Christmas floats dazzling their way down Franklin Street with Santa in tow and the wonderful businesses welcoming families for warm drinks and Christmas crafts, Christmas on the Corner on Saturday in downtown Port Washington ushered in the season with good, old-fashioned, small-town cheer. The streets were lined with community members and visitors alike, all spreading joy throughout our great city.
