Kelsey Jo Jacoby

Kelsey Jo Jacoby of Belgium, Wis., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at the age of 30.

 She was born in Port Washington on Aug. 8, 1990.

Kelsey was a proud graduate of Cedar Grove-Belgium High School, Class of 2008.

Kelsey was an amazing soul, unapologetic about being herself. She was a loyal friend who loved her family fiercely. Kelsey was passionate about music and loved to dance.

If you knew her, you also knew her flair for footwear, her sense of humor, distinct giggle and vibrant spirit. All these and so much more made her the charismatic individual she was, filling a room with smiles and laughter.

Some of Kelsey’s happiest memories were growing up and living on the family farm in Belgium. She spent the most recent years living with her partner in the Sheboygan area, where she was closer to her many friends and their children. She adored children, and they always seemed to gravitate toward her.

Kelsey is survived by her partner Shawna, her parents Steven (Diana) Jacoby and Diane (Shawn) Anderson, her siblings Steve Jacoby (Nakita and daughter Avery), Kathryn Jacoby (Nicole), Kari (Eric) McGaughey and Calvin Jacoby; niece Etta McGaughey and nephews Magnus McGaughey, Conlen and Colten Jacoby.

She is further survived by her grandmother Loraine Jacoby, many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Marvin and Carol Egerer, and paternal grandfather Walter Jacoby.

A private family service will be held on Aug. 6, 2021.
