Jean McLallen
PAID OBITUARY
Jean McLallen (Beduhn), a mother, sister and grandmother who was born on March 26, 1933, passed on to her special garden on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Ronald “Mac” McLallen, sister Georgia Ryndersand brother Kenneth Beduhn.
Jean had many hobbies and interests. Some of her favorites were baking, crocheting, reading and doing a multitude of crafts. Her peace and happiness though was “playing in the dirt,” from growing indoor plants to herb and veggie gardens outdoors. She looked forward to spring and getting things ready to plant.
To her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and anyone who was interested, she taught them all she knew, from canning to farm lore and life wisdom, never really knowing what an influence she had on those that came into her life.
Jean is survived by her sister Linda (Roger) Lehnert; children Debra (Louis) Regnier, Michael (Mary) McLallen, Pamela (Paul) Manske, Sheryl Watry and special “son” Tom (Cheryl) Nabak; grandchildren Stephanie (Andrew), Nathan, Carol (Andrew), Andrea (Eduardo), Amanda, Kevin (Katelyn), Kayla (John), Kaitlyn, Kegan and Shawna (Aaron).
She is further survived by her beloved 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be sorely missed.
Donations to the Wisconsin Humane Society or a nature preserve of your choice in Jean’s name are appreciated.
