Freedom Fund event to be held Feb. 23

The 33rd annual Freedom Fund event sponsored by the Ozaukee County Chapter of the NAACP will be held Friday, Feb. 23, in Mequon.

The event, which will follow the theme “Thriving Together,” will begin at 5 p.m. at the River Club of Mequon.

Derek Mosley will be the keynote speaker, and the annual college scholarship awards will be made.

There will be live entertainment and an auction.
