Fredonia schools to host parade for veterans on Nov. 13
Divine Savior Catholic School in Fredonia and the Northern Ozaukee School District will again host a veterans parade at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13.
Divine Savior will also honor veterans during a 9:30 a.m. Mass, program and lunch. The Fredonia Avenue parade will go past the school and head to the Northern Ozaukee School District.
“It’s pretty awesome to see veterans coming through and having all of our students and staff out there celebrating them and honoring their service,” Northern Ozaukee School District Supt. Dave Karrels said.
Veterans are welcome and can sign up by calling Divine Savior School at (262) 692-2141 or the parish office at (262) 692-9994 for more information.
