Fitness Center offers cycling, lists holiday hours

The Cedar Grove-Belgium Fitness Center is offering indoor cycling classes in January and February.

Eight-session packages are available on Mondays or Wednesdays from 5:20 to 6:05 a.m., and a nine-session package is available from 5:20 to 6:05 a.m. on Fridays.

The Monday sessions start Jan. 6 and Feb. 3, Wednesdays on Jan. 8 and Feb. 5 and Fridays on Jan. 3 and Feb. 7.

Nine cycles are available for each session. It costs $22 to reserve a cycle for the Monday and Wednesday sessions and $24 for the Friday sessions.
