A drive-by thank you for veterans in Fredonia

On a rainy Thursday last week, veterans waved from vehicles as they drove past students waiting outside Divine Savior Catholic School in Fredonia with flags and posters to thank them for their service during the annual parade commemorating Veterans Day. The parade, which made its way to the Northern Ozaukee School District campus where students also cheered veterans, was followed by a Mass and lunch at Divine Savior.     Photos by Sam Arendt
