Cynthia Keller

Cynthia H. Keller, 85, of Port Washington died of heart failure at Horizon Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon on Sunday, Jan. 13.
Mrs. Keller was born in Grafton to Theodore and Lorraine Rismeyer on Nov. 20, 1933.
On Nov. 23, 1957, she married Roger Keller.
Mrs. Keller worked as a cook for a number of years at St. Mary’s Hospital in Port Washington and later in Mequon. She also did accounting for Smith Brothers restaurant in Port.
Her family said she enjoyed being outside, tending to her garden and bird watching, and going on outings with friends.
She was a longtime member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Port.
Mrs. Keller is survived by her children David (Angela) and Lorraine (Ed) Taylor; grandchildren Rachael and Jessica Keller, Katelyn Durski, Jessica Taylor, Jenny (Cory) Gust, Dustin (Courtney) Taylor and Trevor (Megan) Taylor; sisters-in-law Charlotte and Marion Rismeyer; and brother-in-law Don Plier.
She was preceded in death by her husband; siblings Lloyd Rismeyer, Harold “Buddy” Rismeyer, Donald Rismeyer, Janis Beke, Raymond Rismeyer, Wally Rismeyer, Betty Bodi, Beverly Yovanovich, Shirley Voeller, Clifford Rismeyer and Adrianne Plier; sisters-in-law June and Jean Rismeyer; and brothers-in-law Edward Beke, Louis Bodi and Joe Yovanovich.
A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Port Washington with the Rev. Martin Wildauer presiding.
Visitation will be at the church Friday from 4 p.m. until the service.
Interment will be at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg.
Donations to the American Heart Association are suggested.
Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, is handling the arrangements.
