County to consider Port’s $275K offer for land

Ozaukee County supervisors will meet Thursday, Oct. 19, to consider a City of Port Washington offer to buy land at the intersection of Highway LL and Grand Avenue that could be used for a new city public safety building.

According to a letter from City Administrator Tony Brown, the city is offering $275,000 to the county to buy 6.67 acres on the northwest corner of the intersection “for the primary purpose of constructing municipal public safety facilities.”
