Contest to name best of the Blueburg Cafe talent

The Best of Blueburg Cafe Talent Competition Showcase will be held at the Cedarburg Cultural Center on Saturday, Jan. 26. The 7 p.m. event will feature the top semi-finalists from the monthly open mic night performances in 2018 who will compete for cash prizes, gift certificates and an invitation to perform in the center’s First Fridays concert series. The performers will include Julia Chumlea, Mathew Charles, Vince Condella, Amelia Eichmeier, B.J. Fisher, Peter Gohsman, Sean Hang, Anne Marie Karnes and Ava Mitchell, Paige Lundrum, Sabrina Prochaska, Tabitha Prohaska and Bailey Willis. The judges will be singers and songwriters Kyle Feerick, Stephanie Erin Brill and Whitney Clapper-Brostrom Singer. The audience also will select a People’s Choice winner. Drew Hayes will be the master of ceremonies and Steve Brill the evening producer.
